Dues –

By-LawSection 2.13-4. Refunds. If a member ceases to be a member for any reason other than suspension or expulsion before July 1st, one-half of his annual assessment will be refunded.

By-Law Section 2.13-5. Illness. When, because of serious illness or injury, a member is prevented from pursuing the practice of medicine for more than six months, and upon application on behalf of the member, one-half of the annual dues will be waived or refunded as may be appropriate. If such disability persists, one-half of the annual dues shall be waived or refunded for each additional six month period of disability.

Annual meeting registration fees: if someone just does not show up, no refund. If they call and cancel one week before or more, full refund. Less than one week before, refund less $25 cancellation fee.

 Sponsor/exhibit fees - No refund.

 Donations to PAC-no refund.
